My name is Meral, I'm a 17 year old crazy cypriot and I live in California. I don't like a lot of things but the things I do like are really weird. Nothing about this blogg will ever be normal and I love it! Art is my little hobby and I like my art like I like my people, dark, wierd but colorful. My motto is suck it up and get through it because it will always get better, no matter what you think.

Aztec god Tlaloc ceramic face pot, Templo Mayor, Mexico. Between AD 1325-1521.

The pre-Hispanic people conceived of Tlaloc’s face as being formed by two intertwined snakes which come together around the nose and mouth. Here the snakes can be seen from the alternating vertical lines and circles that make up the eyebrows, eyes, and nose, as well as around the mouth.
